Tewkesbury's Fine Food and Art Street Markets are held in April, July and October each year. A change for 2019 is the event will be held on Sundays instead of traditional Saturdays.
The High Street (closed to traffic) is filled with local artisans stalls including: Fine Foods, Drink, Arts, Crafts and Fashion.
Tewkesbury's outstanding independant retailers, food and coffee outlets are also open providing quality and choice you won't find on many high streets.

Local artist Samantha Morris' famous Cow Art and paintings can be found here along with with a wide range of high quality work from over 40 local Crafters and Artisans. There is also an Artisan Outlet at 7 High Street (Sapphire Gifts) open regular shop hours including street market days and peak season Sundays.
Also unique to Tewkesbury for centuries is Real Tewkesbury Mustard used in banquets for the nobility and the famous for centuries including King Henry VIII and Ann Boleyn (in 1535), William Shakespear raved about it in 1590 as did many others over the centuries. It's still made here and in our shops.

Don't miss a tasty treat from Tewkesbury's outstanding chocolate maker 'Cafe au Choclolat', a friendly independent coffee shop serving top quality speciality coffees, teas, milkshakes, ice cold drinks, ice cream, frozen yogurt, light lunches and home made cakes and a range of deliciously indulgent, hot chocolate treats to tantalise the taste buds. Air Conditioning makes this one of the coolest places to be on a hot day.
